Sugar Question

I noticed that I quickly use up my allowed sugar for the day pretty early with the fruit that I eat. Do I need to be really concerned about the sugar if it is from natural sources. Also, can you have too much fiber?

Hi. I believe that you don't have to track sugar from fruits (from what I've been told on MFP). I'm always going over on my sugar and protein but under in fat, calories and carbs. One of the issues with my sugar intake was the milk I put in my coffee. I have finally found a new milk I like that has no sugar. I don't really know about fiber intake. Hope this helps a bit.0

Yes, it did. Thank you!0

I had wondered about this myself, because I'm driving myself crazy trying to stay under or within all the ranges, but I can't get it right!
I guess if I try to go by the old "food pyramid" I'll be close enough??0 -
drove me crazy too. so I stopped tracking sugar. I'm at maintenance now so think there are more important things for me to watch like calcium and iron.0
