Hopefully you feel better for having done so... Sometimes we've gotta skip for our mental health!

Yes it was a pleasant evening with a good friend. I am moving house in 12 days. I am prepping for 2 job interviews and trying to take on some extra work based tasks (im building a database of mentors for our department) and trying to train for superhuman and i suspect the cold is my body telling me to take a chill pill.

    Hows you

Girl, do you know how to slow down and relax? Or are you like others I know who suffer anxiety - terrified to slow down too much because then you'll be stuck THINKING? I know I get like that.

I'm okay, I guess. Finally getting weight back in line, but just got supposedly bad info back from the doc on my cholesterol, so will wait to see...

My friends would probably tell you I am pretty poor at relaxing. I think its more that I take too much on.

I'm that way a lot too. Relaxing makes me feel guilty sometimes.

Regardless, I had to get real with myself. I was positively TERRIFIED of having time alone with my thoughts and all of that. I'm still working on more relaxing times, but I'm getting better, and so is my overall mental health.
