An eye-opener for sure! We don't burn many calories at all sitting in a chair. But stand, mull around, walk, do almost ANYTHING except sit and the calories consumed starts to increase.
Maintaining the 50 pounds I've lost has been much easier since I ditched the chair (as much as possible).0
