Goals, your target and how you meet them!

Right so. As it says above, what's your goals, weekly/monthly etc, your target weight and how do you get around to meeting them?

For me is simply a case of setting a weekly goal and seeing if I reach it. My target for this month is 77kg. I'm at 79kg since last week. My target weight is 65kg. I'm doing 30 Day Shred Level 1, 2 and trying to make it through Level 3. Keeping at a deficit and enjoying every minute of it. MFP is helping too.
