I think we're all here for accountability and support, so...let's get a challenge going! Some kind of goal to shoot for. What about 15 lbs. gone by the end of July? Or maybe a non-weight goal, like an hour workout three times a week? What kind of challenge are we up for? We have a dress to get into!

I think non-weight is the way to go, since some folks aren't going to be able to drop huge numbers, if they're closer to goal.
Maybe X number of cardio workouts and X number of strength ones per week? I know I'm really bad about doing my cardio, but rarely miss lifting - or yoga.0 -
Okay. For the month of June, we'll say 2 cardio workouts and 2 strength workouts a week. Check in on Sunday and share what kind of workouts you did?0

I think that's reasonable. Though it may only be you and I participating!0

i'll try to keep it in mind and post0

Life got super obnoxious and I kind of forgot about checking back on this. Whoops.
1-6th: Lots of hospital hall walking and necessary yard work. Nothing concrete.
8-14th: One cardio day and one lifting day in the gym, plus more yard stuff.
Things are calm now, so the rest of the month should be way more awesome. Weeee!0 -
I did better last week.
I walked 1+ mile everyday and ran 4x a week about a mile
I only did strength session with the aerial yoga focused on moves that I pull up my bodyweight. on Friday. and then pull ups and chin ups and planks for strength0 -
15-21st: Three days of Stronglifts 5x5, and two days of Arc Trainer (one 30 minutes, one 60 minutes).
22-29th: Two days of StrongLifts, one day of jogging on the treadmill. I hate running.
30th: I plan to hit the gym tonight for a short lifting session and light cardio. I'm pseudo-rehabbing an injury. ("Normal" bruising from increasing my lifts, but trying not to make it worse)0 -
started the c25k this past weekend
walked a mile on top of it everyday
added angle push ups and tricep dips0
