Bad reviews online so not sure what to do!

I have been reading reviews online and a lot of them say that fitbit watches aren't that good and not accurate. After reading post on here it sounds like these reviews are rubbish. Not sure what to do now. HELP!

    I hesitated too, but I'm glad I got my fitbit charge. Unless you're very OCD about every step you take, I think its accuracy is fine for someone who wants a reasonably good gauge of their fitness level.

    Keep your receipt, and return your Fitbit if you don't like it.

    The ONLY problem I've had with fitbit, is that I ordered 3 extra flex bands, received 1 and charged for all 3. Never got the other 2.

    Did you contact Fitbit customer service? I've always found them to be extremely helpful.
