Hey all! I was just sleeved on 4/27 and I am down 25 lbs!

New to MFP but I already see so many folks that are super successful.

At this point I seemed to be stalled (3 week stall) and it seems like I could use some really good tips on how to lose the weight!

Looking forward to connecting with fellow people who made this brave choice!

Stalls are perfectly normal! We all have them here and there. Im 3 1/2 months out and have had a couple so far one for a week and one for 3. Sick to the program. It will pass. Our bodies just need time to regroup! Keep focused on getting your protein and water and everything will come together. This group is great! Lots of support and advise! Hang in there!

Congrats to you. You are doing well. I agree with what the others have said. Follow the process, it will work. Make sure you are getting enough protein and water and increase your activity as tolerated.

Thanks so much for the words of encouragement! :) Protein is hard! I am still on 2 shakes and one soft meal and I am so sick of shakes. I tried the isopure drinks in the bottle but I feel like it is not enough calories. Looking forward to Monday when I can advance my diet to 3 meals a day. Goal is to eat clean low carb high protein!!!

Congrats! Your surgery was 2 days before mine! You are lucky, my team has me on liquids for the full first month. Then pureed food for a month. Your doing awesome!
