No matter how many steps my fitbit tells me I've accomplished for the day. It seems the calories recorded in MyFitnessPal that mean the most to my waistline.

So true - well, calories eaten recorded, in comparison to what Fitbit says you've burned for the day, which also depends on types of steps.0

People are bad about under estimating calories in and over estimating calories out. I like the adjustments from fit bit to mfp as reassurance I'm not deluding myself.0
