This would have been great if I hadn't followed the cooking instructions. Chicken turned out dehydrated. LOL! Next time I will cook a few minutes, STIR, recover and continue cooking as needed. The flavor was very good and I loved the slight rosemary taste. I think with less cooking, this would be a Winner-Winner-Chicken-Dinner!

    FWIW I sort of sorry I ordered four, It will not be a favorite of mine. I will maybe order one a month when I have used up the four. I had hopes for better.

    I also think I overheated it. I took of 15 seconds and the Zucchini and Red Potatoes were Mushy, Hence I believe I need to shorten the cooking time some more. That may make me rethink my rating of 3 out of 5. On the Plus side not a High Calorie Dinner.
