Anyone PCOS suffers with the Band

I got my band the Monday before Thanksgiving last year (2014). It has been exactly 6 months and I have already lost 40 of the 181.7 lbs I HAVE TO LOSE. But Really want I am wanting to Know is if Anyone with PCOS has had success long term, maybe even being able to get pregnant? I find a lot of my PCOS symptoms subsiding but I fear that, like other weight loss plans, it will be a short term success. Or I fear that I will lose the weigh but it won't help with the infertility caused by my PCOS. I am also looking for encouraging people to friend me!
