End of Challenge Weigh in.

Morning all. just added my last weigh in for the challeng and i have gained 5lb. so feel free to kick my butt on the next challenge if you see me slipping . I have enjoyed keeping track of my weekly miles . it's kept me going adding them to our group.

I have planned my meals and exercise for next week and hope to start the new challeng with a loss .

    Will weigh in tomorrow for July 4 challenge starting weight.
    Challenge summary
    1. Weight loss only 5 pounds.... Thought it would be double that.
    2. Log .... Much better... Missed only 4 days..
    3. Net calories.... Under About 50% only
    4. Calories.... Less "crash and crave" days but over set calories more than I thought.
    5. Exercise minutes were much less than I thought.... Rode 120 bike trail miles and three open water swims but too much TV time.
    Sooo.... Working on next challenge goals
