I think the height of sadness is being limited by yourself. ( I sometimes procrastinate too much, get distracted easily, get busy sweeting small stuff, of no significant value.)
Art is a better History to leave behind. ( Have to tell myself this constantly).
Stronger requires more from a person. ( Down days are crappy, don't let that stop you.)
