Web MFP not receiving info from samsung galaxy s4 mobile app MFP entries

Has anyone else had their food entries from the mobile app not show up on the web MFP? I am wondering if this is why my Fitbit dashboard never shows me eating anything. I can't get my MFP mobile app to sync my food with the web version. It knows if I have exercised from Runkeeper, but no food. Any suggestions?

Have you contacted MFP customer service?
Did you delete & reinstall the app? Did you try logging food on the MFP website rather than the app?0 -
My food entries generally show up, but there are units issues for me. I particularly notice it with butter although it happens with other foods, too. I always enter butter as fractions of 100 grams, but if I enter it on my phone, when I look at it on the web it will come up as the same fraction of cups or teaspoons or the like. Really messes up the calorie count. If I enter it on the web and then look at it on my phone, I get the same problem - wrong units. I can correct it, but then it's wrong on the other platform. Mostly, I try to get it to be right on the web MFP. I keep hoping MFP will fix it but I have to admit it hasn't been enough of a problem for me to report it.
I have a Moto G. Last week I was able to upgrade it to Android 5, but the issues existed before the operating system upgrade and continued after.0
