Try a new way to Treadmill

Challenge: If you have a treadmill in your home or at the gym, chances are you've used it to exercise. But the treadmill is also a great way to ditch the chair. Walking at a low speed of 1 to 2 MPH, you can read, watch TV or videos on your iPad, read books on your Kindle or Nook, or catch up on Facebook or Twitter. Lots of possibilities! Today's challenge is to try out a treadmill in this new way. Have fun!

try out 3 new leg exercises you have never done before!

    No treadmill, so I will have to be legs for me. 3 new exercises....hmmm...

    No treadmill for me either, but I will try three new leg exercises. :) Will check back in later to let you know how they went!

    Walking slowly on a treadmill has transformed my life. I no longer sit and read a book or sit and watch TV or surf the web. I can do all those things by walking slowly on the treadmill. I'm hoping gym goers who don't have a treadmill try out the treadmill at their gym to see if they think this is something that might work for them.

    Done 3 new leg exercises. No treadmill.

    I did a few of desk exercises, including leg ones.
