Hello, My name is Kat. I am a 23 year old stay at home mom who is looking to improve my health for many reasons. I have some medical issues (Crohn's disease [currently looking for an effective treatment] and hypothyroidism) that have slowed me in my weight loss before and I would really like to meet some people who either know what I'm going through or can help me with accountability while being understanding.     Hello. I have Crohn's Disease also. I also have alkylosing spondylitis arthritis (same group with rheumatoid arthritis). So I'm having the difficulties of trying to lose weight & work out at home through the pain. I'm especially having trouble withe the abdominal swelling due to the Crohn's. Glad to see someone else for encouragement or help that's going through the same thing. Food luck with your weight loss.
