Who needs commercials?
Challenge: If you watch TV this evening, make a point to get up and walk during commercials. These commercial “breaks” are an easy way to increase your step count for the day and keep your body moving.

Alternative Challenge: Walk 25 additional minutes today. You can do it all at once or break it up into smaller chunks if you wish.

    I've been watching Netflix all day so I have been sprinting on the spot during the 10 second count down to each new episode instead :)
