Hi There!

There have been lots of folks who have joined Movin in May after it started. We are so excited to have you with us! In addition to helping us sit less as individuals, our goal is also to show our collective impact as a group of MFPers in sitting less and moving more. Since MFP is a wonderful community of folks who support each other in reaching their health and fitness goals, we think the community impact is important. And now we can measure it!

How can we measure the total number of hours of sitting eliminated by Movin in May participants? By asking people to take a few minutes and go online and determine for themselves what their sitting reduction goal will be (30 minutes less per day? 60 min? whatever works for you!). Submit the form and you will be included in our community impact count.
