I know I can go in somewhere and change my macros and settings myself to meet my nurtional guidelines..... But where is it? Can find it right now. Brain fart. Anyone know??

    From the PC, under "my home," there is a link for "goals." You should be able to edit from there. I always adjust with the custom setting which just looks like the normal edit now...
