If you haven't yet, watch her interview about her injury. I cried with her. Then watching her do handstand walks like a boss with a ortho boot on? True sportsmanship.

Damned shame. She's one of my favorite athletes and I'm pretty certain this was her last shot before she starts her residency.
On a side note, this is also why I do NOT jump down off of boxes or do jump overs. Usually if it's a longer WOD I'm stepping up and then stepping down on the other side. I don't really care about the time it costs me, I care about reducing impact on my achilles and knees.0 -

I don't normally jump down either. I'm so short, jumping a 20" box is a feat within itself.
