This soup is delicious, full of fiber, low fat and low calorie. STUFF STUFF STUFF yourself with it! I bet you can't eat more than 500 calories worth it in 1 sitting. This recipe makes 16 servings at 127 calories a serving.
Cram all of these ingredients (add as much chicken stock as it takes to cover the veggies) into a crockpot and cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 8. Stores up to 7 days in the refrigerator.
