I add mine under food -500 calories. You can check out my diary to see what I mean.0

Yes, 500 calories it right! I have breastfed my son {who is almost 1 years old} and have lost all the weight gained during pregnancy! If you have questions let me know0

Each oz is estimated to burn 20-26 calories to produce, so just google how much a baby eats at there age and go from there0

Thanks everyone!0

I add it as a cardiovascular exercise0

I add it to exercise but only add 300 calories and I don't eat them back. I'm on a strict plan that I've formulated with my health coach for maximum results though. I spoke with my doctor and she told me that as long as I was getting my water in (and a calcium, iron, magnesium supplement with my prenatal) then my body would take from my fat stores what it needed for milk.0
