Does anyone have exercises that can be done in a chair? I had foot surgery and it has not healed yet. I can't run or walk for a long period of time. I have cut down on calories and slowing seeing progress. Any suggestions?:laugh:

    One of our members, Hanfordrose, uses "Sit and Be Fit" DVD's I believe. Send her a private message and she will answer. She is wheelchair bound while waiting for knee replacement surgery.
