When or if to log exercise in MFP when using jawbone

I have a jawbone up24 and have it synced to MFP where it shows calorie adjustment. Do I log individual exercise sessions I do along with the jawbone tracking activity for me or do I just go off the up adjustment number? It seems that when I log individual exercise like jogging in MFP and the up app logs activity for me as well that it is doubling up the calories burned

No need to log any step-based activity—your UP24 is tracking it for you.
Log non-step exercise (like swimming or biking) either in UP (that's what I do) or in MFP. (Exercise logged in MFP overwrites your UP burn during that time.)
If you want your UP exercise to appear in your newsfeed, post a status update.0 -
I log mine in MFP and Jawbone...I just change the calories in MFP to 1.0

not sure what you mean.
Take today for example...I walked 42 mins at 4.5mph mapmyfitness logged 333 calories in MFP...my up adjustment was -156, I changed the 333 to 1...my up adjustment went to 256...or so not sure of the exacts of my jawbone..but it gave me the calories for it.0
