I became frustrated with the whole process. I stopped losing. Stopped checking in with my doc every single month. And have been very down on the process for the last few months. I am ready to kick myself in the butt and start again. I want this to work. Anyone out there want to give me a good talking to here.... I need it.

    i am in the same boat. I went to my to my doctor this week and I am back on track for monthly meetings with her. Its not easy but you can do it.
