Firmware on phone update

Ever since my firmware on my phone updated my fitbit sucks at syncing! Has anyone else had an issue? Mine keeps telling me it can't find my device and I end up having to unstill/re-install the app to get it working again. Grrr....so annoyed!

I have a Moto G. I upgraded to Lollipop (5.0.2) recently and I am also finding that my Fitbit syncing with my phone is poor. I haven't resorted to uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Maybe I should? I can't get the Call Notification feature to work at all any more. Fortunately, that isn't very important to me.
On the other hand, my Bluetooth headset (Sony SBH50) is so, so, so much better! The tradeoff is worth it to me because I can now count on my Start/Stop/FF/Rew buttons on my headset working.
Right now, I can't get my Fitbit to sync to my phone or using the dongle on my laptop (it's been 3 hours since the last sync). So, I think the problem is Fitbit's site, not my phone, laptop or device.

I haven't contacted Fitbit customer service. I only discovered that it hasn't synced in 3 hours a little bit ago. I will try resetting my Fitbit shortly.
As for the phone issues. I'm pretty sure it isn't a problem on Fitbit's end. I have heard from a semi-inside source that is likely an Android issue.
Edit: The reset worked to get it to sync again. I don't know if it will work better with the phone, though.0 -
My phone is the Sprint LG G2. It updated to the Lollipop I believe. I am still having issues. I contacted fitbit but all they said was that it had a sync at X time...well ya it does it once in a while! Today so far I haven't been able to get it to sync yet.0
