    I am 167.8 I gained one pound. I was 166.8 last week.

    WOW! You are the biggest loser. I wish that I could have done a 1/4th of what you have done! I just want to lose one pound a week and I cant seem to do that! lol

    it can be tough. I am actually up 2 lbs so far this week. I just try to diet and exercise every single day. but it is definitely difficult.
