Calorie split?

Hi All,
How do you have your MFP calories split for carbs, protein and fat the 21 day fix? I'm 40/30/30 currently but wondering if I should adjust? I'm on week 3

When I track my food on MFP, which I typically do not, I find that 21DF has me eating "too much" protein because they automatically set the macros to 40/30/30. The thing is, the container are designed so you don't have to track if you don't want to but if you really must track then I would increase the protein in your macros or just do what I did and ignore MFP marking it RED when you go over in protein.0

I never followed the 21 df meal plan, just did the workouts and my own 1200 calorie diet. I never really paid attention to my macros either but now that my weight loss is slowing down I think I should reevaluate them. I never touched them to begin with but have been keeping an eye on them out of curiosity and think I should definitely try and lower my carb intake (it was at 50%!) and increase protein.
