New here, but it looks kind of dead?

Hi everyone! Stumbled on an old post on XX fitness and led me here.
I exactly fit this group to a tee. 5'0 started end of june at 136, mfp at 134, and now I'm at 125 with a gw of 120. For the life of me I cant understand why i keep fluctuating between 125-127.
I know calories and calories out.
Lately, I've been feeling really socially busy and working out at a minimum. I'm not losing motivation, just growing frustrated over the balance of activities and how long should my work outs should be to balance the calories in and out.

If you could shoot me some tips I'd appreciate it, but more importantly I'd love to hear the progress of the group.
