how many calories did you burn today?

I was just thanking it would be nices to see how everyone was doing on a day to day burn. So that we could see how we doing. Good or bad burns they will all help use. If I see someone bad burn then I don't feel so alone on days I have a bad burn. See other good born motivated me too be like them.

My burn today was around 940 cal how about your?

Thanks for establishing this group - I have 60+ to lose - combination of 3 kids and too many indulgences. I ve lost about 8lbs since joining over 50 days ago - I feel like I am losing super slow? Any tips/advice?
