Fitbit One Clip

Does anyone have an extra Fitbit One clip that they'd like to get rid of? I've had mine for three years now and now the clip has started to tear. Soon its not going to hold my Fitbit any longer. I know I can buy a new one off the Fitbit site, but I thought I'd see if anyone has one here, first.

I know when I upgraded to my Fitbit One from my Ultra (way back when!) I didn't throw any of it away and someone was able to use the Ultra accessories. :-) I'd much rather recycle.

Did you try contacting Fitbit customer service? Maybe they'll just send you a new clip. (I have no idea, but it couldn't hurt to ask.)

    editorgrrl,

No, I have not contacted Fitbit customer service. I've had the Fitbit One for three years and honestly, it's normal wear and tear. I would not feel right asking Fitbit to provide me with a new one. They do have great customer service though. I would just go ahead and buy a new one from their store. I just thought I'd ask here, first, to see if I could get one that someone might not be using anymore and has laying around. I know a lot of people now have upgraded to the Flex and the other bracelet models.

A long time ago though, when I had my first FitBit Ultra it broke and I contacted them and they sent me a new one free. And then, when that one quit working (over a lot of time and a few trips through the wash--and it was well out of warranty) I contacted them to tell them how much I loved my Fitbit Ultra and thanked them for making a great product, they have me a hefty discount off the purchase of a new Fitbit One (Back when the One was brand new to the line).

You can get clips and wristbands for the One from Amazon. They come in different colors, and are a bit cheaper. So, you might want to check out other sources for the clip.

Nancy, didn't even check Amazon yet, but that was my next move if I need to buy a new one.
