Hi ladies! I'm 32 and I have an almost 2-year old, a wonderfully supportive husband and a full time job. I'm trying to get back on the early morning (5am) workout wagon after lapsing for a few weeks.
I weighed in at 166 this morning and the goal is to get down to 143. Today is also day 1 of kicking my diet soda addiction and day 38 of being a non-smoker. Any advice or encouragement is appreciated. I've been on MyFitnessPal for a couple of years, but never actually took advantage of the social media aspect of it. Looking forward to utilizing this part as a motivational tool! Thanks'

    Wow 5am! Good for you! Welcome back and best of luck getting to your goals. I have 2 little ones and I am now trying to make myself a priority as well.
