Cyclink?

Anyone remember that guy being in the forums here? Anyone have him as a friend? Just noticed he deactivated his account, does anyone know why?

I tried to ride with him a few times (he's only 1/2 hour away) but he never really picked up on it.

Would have hoped for better but not too surprised.

Reference his advice: he was very analytical but often not correct. He did not take well to being called out (privately).

Oh - I remember him - he was the Tool that took a place on the Giro challenge then threw a hissy-fit and left because I wanted distances in Km's.

Oh - and as for the advice he gave, I'm with matsprt1984 - an awful lot of the time, his advice was fine, if you were already an established racer wanting to take things up a notch but tended to be a bit off the mark for a (shall we say) less focussed rider...
