                    Hello, I am Shana and trying out this group thing.  I am 41 years old and have hypothyroid.  This makes it a little more difficult for me to lose weight when I am not medicated properly but currently things are going well with it.  I currently weigh 185 and would like to weigh 140.  I am a ballroom dancer (hobby) and want to look good when I am competing.  I do that often plus I workout at a cardio trampoline/yoga studio.  I am eating 1200 calories a day and am going to try double workouts when I return from Oregon. I want to try a yoga class and a cardio class each day.  (I am a teacher so I am on summer break and thought doubles over the summer would be worth trying).  Anyone have any thoughts or tips?  It seems like my body loves to stay in the 180's so I am always battling to get below them and then it is a struggle to keep my body from going back up to that number again once I lose.
