How should I be logging my exercise from the HIIT/strength workouts?

I am currently doing the 5 day challenge to start me off. Circuit Training? Aerobic? Thanks

I did Day 1of the 5 day challenge this morning - half HIIT and half strength - and logged it as circuit training - 225 calories. I'm 5'3 155 lb.0

Hey sofaking6, are you doing the 5 day challenge to burn fat and build lean muscle? I am and I was frikken DYING on the first day with all those squats.. day 2 much easier - all arms haha.. looking forward to tomorrow
Are you going based off the lowest calories? I wasn't sure if I should average out the lowest and the highest of their listed range. I'm 5'0" and roughly 150lb...

Yes! I'm doing it again now, a little better than last time! I posted on my wall yesterday that I thought the Day 3 workout was harder than Day 1 was, but for some reason it felt much more doable. Monday I was all over the modifications but yesterday I was plyo queen lol. Day 4 workout was a little weird, let me know what you think about 'supine pushups'...
I do the lowest calories, sometimes even a bit lower since they keep the number ticking up during cooldown/stretch. Also bc I don't weigh my food I like to make sure I log low exercise numbers.0 -

Oh man, I really don't think I'm doing those supine push-ups right *shakes head* glad to hear I'm not the only one haha. I'm basically just doing crunches, but I also have very little arm strength... for now...And I actually did not realize they kept the calorie ticker going throughout the breaks! Good to know.
