Helpful fitness tracker

I just found out about a very helpful, free fitness tracker from my daughter. It is at: www.mapmyrun.com. It not just for running. I walk and I can map out the route that I have walked for the day and the program will tell me how far I have walked. This is helpful since I don't have a pedometer. The program uses Google maps so the users just enter where they start from and then click on the streets that were used for the workout.

The tracking program helps me out with this program since I don't have to guess how far I walk each day.
