Taking a break

So it's been almost 2 months since my last stronglifts session. I took time off to prepare for a performance I'm doing next week and felt like I was wearing myself too thin with all of the training I was doing. I miss it soooo much!! All of my gym buddies are probably wondering why I vanished lol. Then last weekend I pulled my hamstring while stretching, and am also trying to heal a bad pain in my knee, so I'm worried now that I might have to wait even longer to get back to it I'm truly hoping my strength hasn't diminished that much. I had gotten up to 95 lbs on my squat which would be even higher now if I didn't take a break. Has anyone stopped for as long as I have? How did it effect your progress?
