the weekly Warrior Mini-Goal Challenge focus on your short term goals.
Focusing on one week at a time, when the big picture seems too overwhelming. Small changes can bring on big results!!
Choose one or more things you want to work on for just this week. Don't set it too high or unreachable!!
Please, make sure your week works for you. Sun to Sat or Mon to Sun, whatever is YOUR week!
You can reach your main goal if you break it into small actionable steps. It could be as easy as 1-2-3!
1) Choose something you know you can do easily.
2) Add more difficult tasks to your plan.
3) These small steps will get you started, motivated & help build routine for long term success!!
Anyone interested in joining us for another week, or a first week, or a get back on track week?
Check in often, have a great week and do the best you can!

Hi All,
we shall try this again. it has been very quiet for a few weeks but many are still working on goals. Hopefully we can each get the support we need and a place to be accountable to ourselves.
My goals
1 Exercise two times or 90 minutes total
2. log and under calorie goal 2 days
3. 2 days of 10,000 steps

Thanks, Forestrose, for getting this week started. I hope things will pick up a little on the board soon, too, but even if it is just a few of us, I appreciate the support Looks like you set some realistic goals for the week-nice going!
My goals for this week are:
1. Exercise 3-4 days
2. Stay in the green 5-6 days of the week
3. Make healthy food choices

Good Morning, AlL. Have a great day! You can log and you can make smart choices. one step at a time. Join us if you can.
Susan- great goals this week! I see that you already started with the exercise. Keep going.
So far I have one day over 10,000 steps so I need to get to the logging and the workouts. I know I can do this and so can each of us.0 -
I've been away dealing with lots of back pain.
Paulette, you CAN log, get steps in, and exercise for 90 min/week. You have done this before, you know how to do it, and you can make this a priority. You are important.
Susan, I hope you've been doing alright with your goals. You have some nice goals! How has it been going this week?
I exercised at the gym on Monday and I went today, Friday. I'm not able to do the cardio machines long, but, I've GOT to get to the gym more! It's so good in my life. i've eaten like crap, most of the week. Today, I went back and got some Quest bars. I got a box of crappy tasting ones, and a box of super delicious ones. I think I need to buy the ones I don't like the taste of... Then, I get a healthy treat, but, I don't want more of it.0 -
Amy- sorry to hear you e been dealing with back pain - ouch! Since you exercised at the gym , I'm hoping that means it's getting better.
Forestrose- how are the steps and logging going?
I've been doing pretty well all week with food choices and staying in the green. Exercised Monday and Wednesday, but then sadly had to put one of my dogs down. Had him for 16 years. I felt so sad that I didn't go to curves later in the week. It's also been so very hot here , so I can't just go out and walk like I do the other 6 months of the year. I need to adjust to exercising indoors and curves hours. I do belong to another health spa, though , and while it is a little farther away, it has better hours. So this next week I'll work on getting more exercise in.
Tonight we are celebrating Father's Day with a lovely dinner at a upscale steak house. My plan is to use portion control. That's a tough one for me, so may ask for a to go box at the start and pack half the meal away for home before I even start eating.
Hope everyone enjoys their Sunday and Father's Day0 -
Hello Ladies
Amy- so sorry to hear about your back pain, hope it's getting better!
Susan- my heart goes out to you and your family for losing your baby...so so very hard when they get older like that and we have to make that tough decision. xo
Forest- you're so faithful and inspire me a great deal.
Thanks all for being so faithful and keeping the thread going even when it's hangin' by a thread. Bwahaha
See you all in the new thread!
