Hi guys, I was just browsing the groups and I came upon this group which I think generate so much energy among the members that I immediately decided to join.I have been on MFP since Aug 2012 and have have lost a fair amount of weight, gained some back and decided last January to seriously tackle this weight problem and determine exactly where I am going wrong . As a result , I started seeing a nutritionist and attending a weight management program at one of the nearby hospitals and I have lost 27 lbs since. I have been logging in for over 1,025 days.One of my major problems was that I never liked to exercise, but since I am on this program, I have been exercising for 5-6 days and" I am loving it". I never believed that these words would ever come out of my mouth. My present weight is 212 and my goal is short term goal is to be under 200 lbs . Long term 175. The main thing that is keeping me on track now is to listen to my stomach/brain signals and in addition to eating 5 small meals a day including fruits, I have stopped snacking which was one of my downfalls. I also drink at least 8 glasses of water daily.
