Hey,

I figured I'll start this one early before I forget about it :smile:.

Had a wonderful run yesterday, not my best time but I still enjoyed it. I didn't shoot my bow though, I was just too warn out after my run to do anything but eat lol.

Planning a kayaking trip this weekend with my husband and a couple friends. Hopefully it won't rain on us like it did the last time lol. We'll be better prepared this time around though so I say bring it on :grimace: lol.

Going to add in a HIIT Circuit after my lifting session this evening, hopefully I'll survive lol.

    Kris you're such an active person! I'm trying to add more variety to my workouts to make them more interesting. Kayaking will be such a fun trip! I did it in New Zealand with my brother and it's definitely an upper body killer:)

    As for me, I managed to get in some Pilates, tae kwon do, and resisted temptation when my brother brought home Panda Express. I also dragged my pitbull/lab mix on a ridiculously long walk....we both looked similarly drained when we got home! The sun is finally showing its face nowadays, which makes for crazily sweaty workouts.
