Hey Cheryl! I just found this invite lol! I can be a tad slow learning my way around MFP! Anyway, better late than never right? Here is what I did so far today with fitness moves..or moves to make me fit! My grandpup Scotch loves to be chased...he is constant at my heels wanting to play with his tug rope, his tug ball toys, so I just finished 10 mins of chasing him around the yard!! He cracks me up so this movement in the 99 degree heat wasn't so bad because that pup humors me something terrible! Love that grandpup!!! B)

    Thats great exercise. I take my grand-dog hiking in the hills just west of the house. He loves it and I enjoy seeing his enjoyment.
    Dogs can be a great push to exercise cant they?
