What are your "Go To" snacks?

I'm curious to know what low cal snacks do all of you turn to?

Since I've started losing weight, I've snacked on celery sticks with lite ranch. It may not sound the tastiest of snacks but, my reasoning for this is every time I go watch a game with friends at a bar and order buffalo wings (which I learned are calorie suicide) everyone polishes off the celery sticks first! I always keep a Tupperware with celery in my fridge now, and my kids are eating it on me!

    1 apple sliced with 1tbs of peanut butter to schmear across the slices.
    You could expand the celery sticks to include other veggies like baby carrots and cherry toms and you don't even have to slice those.

    I like to buy those bags of precut, prewashed mixed veggies (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower) to have when I want to mindlessly nibble. For some reason, I seem to eat a lot WHILE I am cooking dinner. I use some ranch and eat those while I am cooking. I also like to eat grapes because it mimics eating candy to me. I am still working on my self control when it comes to snacking so I am better off keeping it to a minimum.

    I eat all the foods... I try to make sure I have enough calories banked for snacking and drinking. Or if I don't, I usually still snack and drink anyway lolz.

    Instead of snacking I try to go to drinks like body armor or Gatorade g2...
