How accurate is Jawbone...

I was doing a bit of looking in my trending reports in my app the other day and this is what I found. I log all activity in my Jawbone and log all my food here using a food scale.
April
Jawbone burns = 59798 calories
consumed = 56815
variance=2983
...I lost 1lb in april...
May
Jawbone burns = 65816
consumed = 58502
variance=7314
...lost 2lbs in May
Trending in June
Burns = 37090
Consumed = 33078
variance = 4012
haven't lost weight this month but weigh in tomorrow so I should see something.
