I just bought the Extreme...Eeeek! I'm not sure I'm ready but I'm going to give it my all!!!

    @mrsewert It is definitely more challenging at times but you will survive. I know this because I'm in week 2 and I'm still able to type. So definitely surviving.

    I'm starting extreme with a challenge group tomorrow! I'm pretty excited to get past this plateau I'm in (which I know is because of too many poor nutrition choices). If anyone would like a challenge buddy, feel free to add. I'm also using Jawbone
