Foods High in Antioxidants

The food of the day is: Cloves! You would never guess that whole cloves are an amazing food and very high in antioxidants. add about 6 whole cloves to a cup of hot water and sip away! I also add whole fennel seeds and some anise. It's very soothing for the stomach especially after meals if you tend to get bloating.
