Yoga for kids

This is random, but for those of you with older kids I thought I'd pass on the YouTube yoga for kids series that my kiddos (2 and 4) LOVE. It is called cosmic kids and the woman who does it is great. Each video is about 15 minutes. Anyway, if you think your kids might enjoy some yoga, give it a try. :)

    Super Stretch is also a great and FREE app that smaller children love. :)

    That looks pretty cool, I'll have to show my 3 1/2 yr old son :) He always tries to do yoga with me, until he says its too hard and then climbs all over me when I'm in awkward positions, lol
