im just off to buy a Fitbit, I have downloaded the app but it seems to have already logged the last 10 days of how many calories I've burnt etc and I've not been using it. I don't understand? I have early a badge for walking loads on a day I know I was sat in a car the most of the day. I also see it says my calories burned are a lot less than what I've been set to consume on here. So how am I loosing weight ( I don't want to anymore I want to maintain now I have lost my pregnancy weight). I can't reset the app to start a fresh

Once you connect a Fitbit activity tracker to your account, it might erase that erroneous data. If not, contact Fitbit customer service.

When you first get a Fitbit and set up your account, it will show BMR level burns for the previous days. I don't think it should show things like steps or give you badges, so I don't know what would cause that.

Once you have your Fitbit and are using it, you'll get more calories as it detects your activity.
