hope everybody's is doing well.
Angela, glad that those pants made you feel good. A lot of us fall into the" I don't want to buy clothes because I'm gonna lose weight" mind set, but in the meantime you'll feel like crap because nothing fits then that might lead to emotional eating. So dress for the size you are now. Clothes are expensive but you can definitely find deals. I buy a lot of my clothes on eBay and I always go by measurements not size tag if it's not on the description I'll ask the buyer. When you go by measurements, you measure the clothes not your body.
Had my carb nite last night and didn't gain weight this morning. Very surprised.
Since I've been stalling Christin have some recommendations that she will give me when she is back to in town. She also have me take some "progress" pictures. I'm not sure if there is any progress since I wasn't wearing the same things and the lighting was different but what I picture how I look in my head is definitely different from what I see lol and I've also learned to stop criticizing myself. I can see the cellulites but so the eff what. I used to hate my lower body and now I look at my thighs and remembered why I was recruited to be on track it's because of those thighs! For those of you who have Instagram check out healthyisthenewskinny.

Hey all. Carb night turned into a but of a carb weekend, but it was Father's day so oh well. All my carbs pretty much came at night so that's better right? Anyway so far so good.0

Well, I have to skip carb nite or eat less according to my coach.. She prefers skipping carb nite so no carb nite for me this Saturday. The tough part is that I will be at a social event and I will be that chick that will turn down pretty much everything. My plan is to not eat any carbs that day, that way if there is hidden carbs I'm still good on my carb macros. I have to admit that I'm pretty bummed about not being able to have a weekly carb nite, but oh well losing weight isn't supposed to be easy. It's days like this that I feel like crap. I'm stuck and counting calories to the gram is not exactly fun living. Just gotta keep at it and hope for the best.0
