Bad Weeks Not so Bad Is It?

I didn't have the best week last week. I think it was just a busy week and I didn't have time to think about everything I was eating and didn't care to make great choices. But...I still tracked everything to the best of my ability and in the end only ended up gaining back 1.5 lbs, which I keep telling myself isn't terrible since in the past two days I've managed to loose it again, but then I think I could be 1.5 lbs ahead.

How do you guys deal with going back and forth?
