One of the things that this day and age is honesty. Being honest is one of the hardest things to do because it is easier to lie out of convenience. We lie all the time and over the smallest of things too. This is something that is just wrong...
Today’s Challenge: Try to be honest today.
I know there are times when lying is ok and I completely agree with that! Just be honest about the little things instead today. But if you have to you have to. I understand that!

A good challenge! I told my daughter that the vegetable korma she had made was a little too spicy for me and she didn't mind that I toned down the heat with a dollop of plain Greek yogurt.0
