I'm gonna start a new strength training program on Monday and I'll continue doing strength training every other day. Besides strength training, I'm gonna do (cardio) kickboxing pretty much every day 'cause I love it.0 -

Woops! I've completely forgotten to post my stuff on here.
I had been feeling a bit under the weather emotionally last week, so it was hard to keep it up workouts-wise; but I am proud of myself to have been able to pull through! I had this ridiculous day where I literally felt I had hit a massive wall or something, but eventually I got up and pushed play, and felt great after my workout. So now I am back trying to think exercise = best therapy out there
This week, I was meant to have started my new programme (Combat), but the package didn't arrive on time, so I'm delaying the start until next Monday. Bummer, because I was so looking forward to it! Am trying to keep myself busy trying new workouts (after having been doing a bunch of Insanity) and doing some old ones I haven't touched in ages (like Turbo Jam).
June 15th - day off (away from town)

June 17th - 720 (Insanity fit test, CLX lean 1, JM's kickboxing)

I'm still here too! Had a crazy busy weekend so wasn't on line much at all.
I just completed W5D3 of C25K - the dreaded 20 minute long run. I rocked it so hard, that I didn't stop until I had been running for 30 minutes! That's a HUGE achievement for me!
I'm currently a little ahead of my schedule with a total of 11,453 calories burned of my June goal of 17,520. And after 3 weeks of a mini-plateau, the weight has started to drop again. That will do wonders for my motivation, which was flagging a bit.0 -

Today was supposed to be my kickboxing + leg day, but unfortunately I hurt my left foot yesterday and I can only do bicycling and upper body strength training. If I still feel pain tomorrow I gotta go see a doctor 'cause I'm afraid I may have broken my foot...0 -
This week I've got a lot of softball planned so I'm hoping to get a little caught up for the month!
Goal this week: 4,000 (I WILL hit this!!!)
Already this week: 2530
Left this week: an ab class tonight (and possibly a puppy walk)
4 mile run tomorrow
3 mile and interval run Friday *hopefully..depends on how well the 4 miler goes
an obstacle course run on Saturday *won't be able to track calories very well, but I'm going to guesstimate based on how hard I exert myself and how many calories I normally burn during a 5K.
I think that I will EASILY burn 1470 calories in the next few days!0 -

I've met week 3 goal (Ngl, doing kickboxing today wasn't exactly a brilliant idea...)
And good news: my left foot is not broken. Bad news: I have an arthritis For the next five days or so I'm only allowed to do upper body strength training and bicycling. Well, of course that's better than nothing.0 -

Did better this week, so am happy with the progress, though I think I'm still a bit behind on my monthly goal, but who knows what week 4 will bring, huh?

I am still here. Time just gets away! I am exercising most every day! Just need to go back and look at my calories burned. Hard to beleive that we are so far into June already!0

Actual: 4030!!!
I finally hit my goal of 4,000. That'll give me momentum in this last week.
Gotta burn 4,315 before the end of the month!0
